With deep roots in South Texas and a career dedicated to transforming healthcare organizations from the inside out, Priscilla brings a rare combination of operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and genuine passion for community health.
Over the past 16 years, her career has spanned clinical operations management, revenue cycle leadership, regulatory compliance, and workforce development across a wide range of healthcare settings, from federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and rural health clinics to acute care hospitals and specialty private practices. Her hands-on experience on the front lines of healthcare administration gives her a practitioner’s eye for inefficiency and a consultant’s precision for solution design.
Known for her direct, no-nonsense communication style paired with genuine warmth, Priscilla has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor who tells clients what they need to hear and then rolls up her sleeves to help fix it. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish makes her uniquely positioned to serve the diverse patient populations and workforce communities of South Texas and beyond.
